Description : 1) The Barangay Tongonan, Kananga, Leyte, through the DOE ER 1-94 Fund
intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php 420, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payments under the contract for the Construction of Two (2) Units Intake Tank. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
2) The Barangay Tongonan, Kananga, Leyte now invites bids for Construction of Two (2) Units Intake Tank. Completion of the Works is required 50 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital s...
