1. The Local Government Unit of BUGUEY, through the LGU BUGUEY-Trust Fund, intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION TWO HUNDRED NINETY-SIX THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED PESOS (P 3, 296, 400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF TWELVE (12) UNITS FISHCAGE AT MINANGA ESTE, BUGUEY, CAGAYAN RE-BID. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU Buguey now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF TWELVE (12) UNITS FISHCAGE AT MINANGA ESTE, BUGUEY, CAGAYAN RE-BID. Completion of the Works is required 60 Calendar Days. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents.
