1. The Municipality of Tupi through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Php 114, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Tupi Mallengke Phase 2 at Tupi Public Market, National Highway, Purok 8, Brgy. Poblacion, Tupi, South Cotabato/ITB 069-2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
