NOTICE OF CALL TO TENDER
The SECRETARIAT OF GOVERNMENT OF ENERGY, through Resolution No. 81/2019, calls for national and international public bidding for the construction of the "Transmission Lines - Stage I: Extra High Voltage Line at 500 kV ET Rio Diamante - New ET Charlone, Transforming Stations and complementary works in 132 Kv. ", And the subsequent provision of operation and maintenance services, under the regime of the Public Private Participation Law No. 27, 328 and its Regulatory Decree No. 118/17, modified by the Decree No. 936/17 and Decree No. 987/2018.

DEADLINE OF THE PRIVATE PUBLIC PARTICIPATION CONTRACT: FIFTEEN (15) YEARS. WARRANTY OF MAINTENANCE OF THE OFFERS : US DOLLARS FIFTE MILLION (US $ 15, 000, 000.00.-) PRESENTATION OF THE OFFERS.
The presentation of the offers must be made at the address of H. Yrigoyen 250, 5th Floor, at the time of 3:00 pm, on May 27, 2019.

OPENING OF OFFERS. Once the reception of the offers has been completed, ENVELOPE N ° 1 will be opened. VIEW AND REMOVAL OF BIDS.
