Zabraniecka 4 and the junction to thermal waste conversion plant of the Warsaw Energy Plant on the premises of Zabraniecka 2 in Warsaw, which was described in detail in the procedure documentation, in particular in the design documentation, STWiOR, Bill of Quantities and based on the available administrative decisions attached as Appendix No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 to the description of the subject of the order and Part II of the SWZ - description of the subject of the order and in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ. The designed transformer station facility will be located on the premises of the MPO base at ul. Zabraniecka 4 and is a detached building, which is included in the 18th category of a building.
