Invitation to Bid for the CONSTRUCTION OF TRAINING CENTER/MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING
1) The Barangay Baluntay, through the 20% Barangay Development Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Seven Pesos and 78/100 (Php 1, 666, 347.78) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF TRAINING CENTER/MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Baluntay now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF TRAINING CENTER/MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
