1. The subject of the order is the construction of a traffic town for children and youth on the premises of Primary School No. 3. Knight of the Order of Smile in Konin at ul. Sosnowa 16. The investment includes:1.1. preparatory works, 1.2. earthworks, 1.3. substructure, 1.4. paving works, 1.5. surfaces, 1.6. elements of small architecture, 1.7. BRD elements, 1.8. fence, 1.9. lighting, 1.10. camera installation, 1.11. finishing works.2. The subject of the order only covers the execution of Stage I of the investment, in accordance with the scope of works included in the bill of quantities constituting an annex to the SWZ and marked as Stage I on the attached land development plan. The design documentation (Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ) covers a broader scope of investments, but the scope of this proceeding does not include the works planned in Stage II.
