Description : 1) The Municipality of Pagsanjan, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Php 4, 500, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Trading Post at Brgy. Binan Pagsanjan Laguna. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Pagsanjan now invites bids for Construction of Trading Post at Brgy. Binan Pagsanjan Laguna. Completion of the Works is required within (75) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
