The Local Government Unit of Claveria, Cagayan from the Trust Fund (PAMANA-OPAPRU) of the Municipality of Claveria, Cagayan, would like to apply the sum of Forty Million Pesos (Php 40, 000, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract for the Construction of Trading Center at Centro 1, Claveria, Cagayan.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Claveria, now invites bids for the Construction of Trading Center at Centro 1, Claveria, Cagayan. Completion of the Works is required within two hundred forty (360) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
