Tender Details

1. The subject of the order includes the implementation of an investment task called: Construction of a tourist shelter in Zatna. 2. The detailed scope of the subject of this order is specified in: Annex No. 4 to the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order (including: Design Architectural and Construction, Dziaki Development Design, Technical Specification for Execution and Acceptance and bill of quantities (auxiliary)), for the requirements regarding the execution of the order, Appendix No. 3 to SWZ Draft contract.3. It is recommended that before submitting the Offer The contractor will carry out a site visit of the area where the works covered by the subject of this order will be located. Carrying out a visit is not a condition for submitting an offer in this procedure. The costs of inspecting the construction site will be borne by the contractor Contractor.4. Construction works constituting the subject of this order should be performed in accordance with this ToR, the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (OPZ), the Draft Agreement and in accordance with the principles of construction practice, technical knowledge, applicable regulations and standards.
