The Local Government Unit of Kabugao, through 20% Municipal Development Fund 2022 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱3, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Tourism Information and Dispaly Center (Phase I) under Contract No. SF Infra 2024-21. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
