1) The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, through the Current Appropriation, Supplemental Budget No.1 CY 2025, Non Office: Economic Services Sector - Infrastructure Programs and Projects - Public Buildings and Miscellaneous Structures, intends to apply the sum of Seventeen Million Nineteen Thousand Three Hundred and 0/100 (PhP17, 019, 300.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Three Storey Multi-Purpose Building, City Hall Compound; SN 104 - 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
