Heleny Żybułtowska 4C, 4D, 4E in Stargard as part of the construction of the first stage of the Forsycji Housing Estate Carrying out all necessary works related to the construction of three residential buildings multi-family buildings (marked as buildings A1, B1, C1) along with land development and the necessary technical infrastructure at ul. Heleny Żybułtowska 4C, 4D, 4E, located on plots no. 10/2, 3/3, 3/4, 3/5 rev. 15 in Stargard as part of the construction of the first stage Forsycja estates, which include: a) preparatory works, b) construction of Building A1 in accordance with the design documentation, c) construction of Building B1 in accordance with the design documentation, d) construction of Building C1 in accordance with the design documentation, e) execution land development and necessary technical infrastructure, including road elements, in accordance with the design documentation, f) removal and disposal of construction waste, g) other works included in the Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ and all documents constituting the above-mentioned Annex, in a way that allows obtaining an occupancy permit.
