The subject of the order is the preparation of comprehensive design documentation together with obtaining all administrative decisions, necessary arrangements and opinions, and the performance of construction works based on it, consisting in the construction of a forestry office - a building with an administrative and office function along with the necessary social and economic support, power supply infrastructure and external land development elements in a modular system for the Kocian Forest District. The task is carried out in the design and development formula. build.Part 1: Construction of a single office in the town of Nowa Wie (Kocian Forest District); A detailed description of the subject of the order and a description of the ordering party's requirements are included in: Functional and Utility Program, Annex No. 2 to SWZ, respectively for PART 1, which includes the project concept attached for illustrative purposes (only as a guide) and the Draft Agreement, Annex No. 9 to the SWZ, respectively for PART 1.
