Tenders are invited for Construction of Temporary Trade Stalls and Supply of the Electricity for the Esala Fair Grounds
It is essential to construct temporary trade stalls (with locks) as per the plans and

specifications provided by the Pradeshiya Sabha in the following quantities.

Interested bidders may obtain a set of bid documents between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. from 25.06.2024 until 07.07.2024 from the Supplies Division of the Devinuwara Pradeshiya Sabha upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000.00 (Rupees Thousand). A set of bid documents may also be obtained by WhatsApp on submission of a clear photocopy of the bank slip obtained upon crediting the relevant amount to the Account No. 243100120000001 maintained in favour of “Secretary, Devinuwara Pradeshiya Sabha at the Devinuwara Branch of the People-s Bank via WhatsApp Number 071 -1190755.
At the time of submitting bids a refundable security deposit of Rs. 100, 000.00 (Rupees One Hundred Thousand) should be deposited with the Shroff o Devinuwara Pradeshiya Sabha or else that amount should be credited to Account No. 243100120000001 maintained in favour of “Secretary, Pradeshiya Sabha, Devinuwara at the Devinuwara Branch of the People-s Bank and the bank slip obtained should be attached and submitted with the bid.
Sealed bids may either be sent by registered post addressed to “Secretary, Pradeshiya Sabha, Devinuwara” or hand delivered and deposited in the Tender Box kept in the official room of the Secretary of the Pradeshiya Sabha to receive at or before 9.30 a.m. on 08.07.2024.
Bids will be opened at 10.00 a.m. on 08.07.2024 at the Meeting Hall of Pradeshiya Sabha and the bidder or his authorized representative may be present at the time of opening of bids.
