Construction of Technology Hub Building in Batangas State University Alangilan - KIST Park (Phase I)
1. The Batangas State University, through the Supplemental Budget 2021 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty Four Million Four Hundred Four Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty pesos (Php 124, 404, 780.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Technology Hub Building in Batangas State University Alangilan - KIST Park (Phase I). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Batangas State University, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Four Hundred Fifty (450) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
