The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF ROXAS, has received the share from the Collection of Burley and Native Tobacco Excise Tax - 2023 and it intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (Php2, 362, 800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the above stated project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
