To replace the existing workshop shed which has become dilapidated and unsuitable, the INRAE ​​Ploudaniel site requires the construction of a new building dedicated to the maintenance of agricultural machinery. The project aims to improve the location and access conditions on the site, to rationalize and group storage spaces, to optimize working conditions linked to mechanical activities, to strengthen the security of the land area and to modernize the associated infrastructure.
