Tender Details

Construction of a team of specialist clinics at the Provincial Hospital in Toruń 1. The subject of the order is the development of design and cost documentation and the implementation of construction works in the "design and build" formula for the Task titled: "Construction complex of specialist clinics at the Provincial Hospital in Toruń located at ul. Św. Józefa 53-59 (precinct 34, plot no. 47/3). 2. The detailed scope and method of execution of the order are specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ") constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in Annex No. 1 to the contract template (Annex No. 5 to the SWZ). The task will be carried out in the north-eastern part of plot 47/3, where there is a two-story building, intended for demolition. After demolition of the existing building, based on the technical documentation prepared by the GW, the GW will construct a new building which will house the Specialized Counseling Center (ZPS), which will include: Regional Center Cardiology, Provincial Rehabilitation Clinic, Cancer Chemotherapy Clinics, Hematology Clinics, Immunology Clinics, Oncology Clinics, Birthing School and Diabetes Center, Administration of the Specialist Clinics Complex and a part intended for services accompanying: buffet-cafe and medical store.
