Construction team Reconstruction Rivierenbuurt Description:The purpose of this tender is to select and contract a suitable construction team partner; a contractor with demonstrable substantive knowledge and experience, for the integral and sustainable replacement of the sewerage and the renewal of public space for the Rivierenbuurt in Bergen op Zoom. To this end, the municipality will conclude a construction team agreement with one party for the design and specifications phase. At the end of the construction team phase, the intention is to... to conclude a construction agreement based on the UAV 2012 (version 2025). The contractor who completes the construction team phase is given the right to make the first offer.
