Construction team Music Quarter Description:The municipality of Enschede acts as the contracting authority and client for the revitalization and renovation of the Music Quarter in Enschede. The municipality is responsible for this on behalf of the users the building: Metropolis, Wilminktheater and Kaliber Arts School (hereinafter jointly: “users”). The Music Quarter represents an important further development in which both the building structure and the cooperation between the users must be improved. The current design of the building limits the visibility of activities, hinders mutual collaboration between users and does not sufficiently utilize the potential of the Music Quarter as a cultural meeting place.
