CONSTRUCTION OF TANOD OUTPOST





1. The Barangay Local Government of Baylo, San Luis, Agusan del Sur, reserve the amount of One Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Pesos Only (P 125, 000.00)From the Barangay Development Fund (BDF 20% 2026) of Barangay Baylo intended for the procurement of Construction of Tanod Outpost.



2. The Barangay Baylo now invites bids for the “Supply of Hardware Materials for Construction of Tanod Outpost”. Supply of Hardware Materials will be completed within fifteen (15) days.



3. The documents required in the Eligibility Documents shall be submitted as part of the Technical Documents of the Bidders as provided in the Instructions to Bidders.



4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) OF Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
