1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ABRA, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED
NINETY-FIVE PESOS AND 76/100 (Php4, 525, 295.76) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF SOLAR POWERED IRRIGATION SYSTEM (2 UNITS) with Contract ID PGA-
PEO2026GF(CO-WS)-CW01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ABRA now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF SOLAR POWERED IRRIGATION SYSTEM (2 UNITS) located at Brgy. Tagodtod, Lagangilang, Abra.
