1. The subject of the order is the construction of a complete building of an indoor sports swimming pool equipped with 8 swimming lanes, 25 m long, with an additional, separate shallow basin, equipped with play equipment for children. The sports pool will be equipped with a movable floor and two fenced swimming lanes movable bulkhead from the rest of the swimming pool. The order also includes the necessary remaining infrastructure of the swimming pool building, in particular: sports, locker room, sanitary, communication, technical, technological, warehouse, social as well as changing rooms and swimming pool facilities (level -1: basement, swimming pool technology, technical and technological facilities, sub-pool hall, rooms, technical and technological installations and equipment, social rooms, level 0: swimming pool hall, sanitary, cloakroom, entrance, sports and social areas, level +1: technical part, administration, level +2: roof, renewable energy sources). The building will be equipped with the necessary installations and devices, in particular: sanitary, electrical, water and sewage, ventilation, low-current, BMS, fire protection, technological, swimming pool technology, lighting, evacuation, technical and renewable energy sources.
