1. The subject of the order is: "Construction of a swimming pool with the necessary infrastructure in Olsztyn - Stage II and Stage III" 2. The scope of construction works to be performed as part of Stage II and III of the task includes, among others: - construction of connections to the building - water and sewage, gas, power connection; - construction of an internal gas installation, - construction of a retaining wall - the scope of the constructed retaining wall is shown in the attached map of stage I - execution of construction works related to the installation of internal sanitary installations, electrical, - construction of a rainwater tank, - delivery and installation of stainless steel swimming pool basins, - delivery and installation of three pieces of jacuzzi bathtubs with installation, - delivery and installation of swimming pool water treatment technology, - construction of a parking lot, road internal, - construction of a ramp to the basement, - finishing works on floors, walls and ceilings, suspended ceilings, acoustic panels; - finishing of the external façade of the building, - carrying out outdoor construction work, i.e. construction external stormwater drainage installations, construction of a parking lot, sidewalks, waste collection area, construction of a roofed space for bicycles, electric scooters, land leveling, sowing grass, planting ornamental plants, installation of the "Indoor Swimming Pool" sign in Olsztyn" above the main entrance to the building in the form of illuminated 3D letters, installation of ESOK; - equipping the building with the necessary equipment in accordance with the purpose of the rooms, allowing for the proper functioning of the building...
