Tender Details

The subject of the order is a service consisting in participation in the application evaluation team as a Technical Coordinator, whose duties will include: 1) verification of the technical feasibility of implementing the scope of work requested by the Grantee construction/adaptation or equipment purchases, 2) verifying cost estimates at the stage of submitting applications and cost estimates resubmitted in the event of discrepancies between the documentation and the applications of the Assessment Team3) participating in on-site visits to grantees (residents) in order to verify applications for construction works, 4) providing residents with consultation assistance in selecting contractors in order to select offers that meet the competition rules, - advising residents when applying for a document the competent architectural and construction administration body, conditioning the possibility of commencing construction works, - acceptance of completed investments. The project assumes the implementation of 7 grants, each up to the amount of eligible costs of PLN 50, 000 per one Grantee. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.
