Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Construction Supervision For Road Corridor VIII Kichevo - Bukojchani (Km 2+500 To Km 12+727)

1.) To provide contract administration and engineering supervision services for the construction Works performed by the Contractors during the construction period and defect notification period (DNP) upon commissioning;
2.) To provide assistance and advice to the Employer on managing the Work Contract with the Contractor under the Project;
3.) To assume and carry out the duties of the “Engineer” concerning Works Contracts signed by the Employer with Contractors for the performance of construction Works of the above subsections of the motorway, according to FIDIC conditions of contracts with due diligence. Wherever appropriate and not in conflict with the Contracts, the Consultant shall exercise every reasonable care to protect the interests of the Employer;
4.) To advise the Employer on all matters concerning claims from the Contractors and to make recommendations thereon, including possible recourse to the Dispute Adjudication Board (DAB);
5.) To control the implementation of the Environment and Social Management Plan (ESMP) by the Contractors and to assist the
