The subject of this order is:
Separate position 1: "Construction supervision during the construction of the rehabilitation of the water pipe along Deseta Street, Vedrina, including the SVO and street pavement";

The subject of this order is the selection of a contractor as a consultant within the meaning of Art. 166 of the Spatial Planning Act (ZUT) for the exercise of construction supervision during the implementation of the rehabilitation of the water supply system along Deseta Street, Vedrina village, including SVO and street pavement.
The construction is the III category, according to Art. 137, paragraph 1, item 3, letter "b" of ZUT in conjunction with Article 6, paragraph 2, item 8 of Ordinance No. 1 of 2003 on the nomenclature of construction types.
In fulfillment of the order, construction supervision will be exercised and actions will be taken to put the site into operation.
