Construction supervision activity for the project: "Streda nad Bodrogom - sewerage and WWTP" 1. The subject of this contract is the provision of construction supervision services within the construction: Streda nad Bodrogom - Sewerage and WWTP (hereinafter referred to as "Construction"). The successful applicant will be according to conditions agreed in the contract, to supervise the execution of works on the Construction in accordance with the contract for the work concluded between the contracting authority and the contractor of the Construction so that all works on the construction are carried out in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, STN and technical specifications, in the specified time and within the price agreed in the Work Contract and in compliance with the conditions specified in the Work Contract. 2.
