Construction supervision activity for the project: "Stakčín - intensification of the water treatment plant" The successful tenderer will ensure the performance of supervision over the execution of works on the Stakčin construction site - intensification of the water treatment plant according to the Contract for the work concluded between the Contractor (hereinafter referred to as "Client") and the Contractor so that all work on the construction site is carried out in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, STN and technical specifications, within the specified time and within the price agreed in the Work Contract and in compliance with the conditions determined by the Agreement on the provision of construction supervision services (hereinafter referred to as the "agreement"). The construction deals with the fundamental reconstruction and intensification of the water treatment plant with the aim of implementing radical changes in the technological equipment, which also require changes in the construction structures during full operation of the work. The services provided to the successful bidder include activities related to the control of project and technical documentation of the building, supervision of the execution of construction works on the building, management of the Contract for the work concluded between The Client and the Contractor and activities related to the fulfillment of the Client's conditions according to the Work Contract. The successful applicant will perform supervision of work on the construction site in accordance with the requirements of the generally binding legislation of the Slovak Republic, in particular ensure compliance with procedures according to Act no. 25/2025 Coll.
