Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in construction works in public sector as Prime Contractor and having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work as specific experience of a value of minimum Tk. 85.00 lac [Eighty Five lac] under a single [01] contract within last 05 (Five) years are eligible for this tender.2. The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of at least Tk. 100.00 Lac (One crore) over the last three [03] financial years or best three [03] years in the last five [05] financial years.3. The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 70.00 Lac (Seventy Lac). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued after publication date of the tender;4. The Tenderer must have- a) valid trade license with up to date renewal, (b) Acknowledgement slip of the Income Tax return (Income Tax Certificate) & (c) valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;5. The interested Contractors/Construction firms must have to submit the acceptable analysis on behalf of their quoted rate. Without analysis the tender will be treated as non-responsive.6.
