1) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BALINGOAN, through the 20% LGDF - CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 6, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Student Lounge and Cafeteria for Balingoan College - Phase 2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
