Invitation to Bid for the Construction of Streetlights
1) The Barangay Spring, through the 20% Development Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Three Thousand Thirteen Pesos and 03/100 (Php 1, 303, 013.03) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Streetlights. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Spring now invites bids for Construction of Streetlights. Completion of the Works is required Seventy-Five (75) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
