1. The subject of the order is the implementation of construction works consisting in the construction of road lighting on plot 110 in the town of Jasie, Rogw commune. The investment includes the construction of a low-voltage cable power line and infrastructure accompanying and installation of lighting ceilings with LED fixtures. The scope of work includes, in particular, the construction of a cable line in two directions with a total length of approximately 1, 500 m, in accordance with the design documentation, and the installation of 23 lighting ceilings, equipped with LED fixtures. Cao The work must be performed in accordance with the design documentation, applicable standards, construction law and the requirements of the distribution system operator.2. A detailed description and scope of the subject of the order can be found in the following documents integral SWZ, taking into account the widest scope of works included in any of these documents: a) design documentation with annexes constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ, b) technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB) constituting an Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, c) bill of quantities constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ.
