Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of this order is the construction of a street lighting cable line in the town of Dybkw, plot no. 131/1, 132 and in the town of Czerka, plot no. 68, 69, 70, 142, 143, 144, 145, 152, 181, 182, 194, 196/2, 197/2, 198/3, 198/4, 199, 200, 201, 347, including: - p constructioncable connection with YAKXS 4x35mm2 cable, - construction of a street lighting cable line with YAKXS 4x25mm2 cable, - installation of prefabricated concrete foundations for street lighting poles, - installation of security measures in the SOU street lighting cabinet, - installation of vertical and horizontal earthing electrodes, - testing, measurement and checkinginstallation of a cable line. Preparation of an as-built survey report (post-construction inventory), 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order includes: Technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, detailed design and bill of quantities of works are of an auxiliary nature and should be read onlywith other documents, which constitute Annex 7 to the SWZ. The remaining conditions regarding the execution of the order are specified in the draft provisions of the contract - Annex No. 6 to the SWZ
