Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is construction work entitled: Construction of ul. Family, which covers the scope of: 1) road construction; 2) sidewalk construction; 3) construction of access roads and exits to private properties; 4) construction of an elevated intersection of ul. Rodzinna from ul. Wiejsk; 5) construction of a sewage system rainwater.2. Warranty period: 60 months.3. During the warranty period, the cost of consumables resulting from the required inspections is covered by the Contractor.4. When carrying out the works, the Standards for the protection of trees and other forms must be respected protection of greenery in the investment process Order No. 179/2025 of the Mayor of Kwidzyn of February 6, 2025 on the adoption and implementation of greenery protection standards in Kwidzyn.5. Detailed scope of works, in accordance with the attached project documentation Appendix No. 8 to SWZ.6.
