Description : 1.The Local Government Unit of Buluan, Maguindanao Del Sur through its MDRRM Fund for FY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Seven Hundred Forty Thousand Eight Hundred Three pesos (₱9, 740, 803.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the CONSTRUCTION OF STORMWATER DRAINAGE. Payments under the contract shall be made in accordance with the approved ABC.
2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening. Late bids shall not be accepted.
3. The completion of the Project is required within Sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders must have completed, within the last five (5) months prior to the deadline for submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Eligibility requirements are detailed in the Bidding Documents, particularly Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
