The Municipality of Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte, through the 20% DF 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos only (Php 1, 350, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract CONSTRUCTION OF STORM SURGE PROTECTION SEAWALL located at Brgy. San Isidro, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte. Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
