Description : 1) The Municipality of Esperanza, through the General (Supplemental) Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Sic Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (Php640, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Stockroom and Outdoor Amenities. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Esperanza now invites bids for Construction of Stockroom 9m x 4m and 4 sets of outdoor table and chairs using Recyclable materials to be constructed at Eco Park, Sitio Manilapaz, Poblacion, Esperanza, Agusan del Sur Completion of the Works is required 60 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within “within five (5) years” from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
