1) The City Government of Tacloban, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Php6, 454, 058.79 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF STEEL RAILINGS (BOTH SIDE) ALONG JUSTICE ROMUALDEZ ST., TACLOBAN CITY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Tacloban now invites bids for Construction of Steel Railings. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Eighty (180) Day/s. Bidders should have completed, within One Hundred Eighty (180) Day /s from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
