1) The Municipality of Dingalan, through the SAGIP SAKA intends to apply the sum of Four Million One Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Forty-Three Pesos and 12/100 Only (P 4, 199, 043.12) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Stalls and Renovation/Improvement of Brgy. Ibona Trading Post. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Dingalan now invites bids for Construction of Stalls and Renovation/Improvement of Brgy. Ibona Trading Post. Completion of the Works is required 120 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
