1) The BARANGAY POBLACION WESTE, SANTA CRUZ, ILOCOS SUR, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND FUND FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of PHP 85, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF STAIRWAY CANOPY Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) BARANGAY POBLACION WESTE now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF STAIRWAY CANOPY Completion of the Works is required [insert the required completion date or expected contract duration]. Bidders should have completed, within [insert relevant period] from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
