Description : Invitation to Bid for Construction of Stainless gate and Ramp Rails
1) The BLGU - Poblacion, Candijay, Bohol through the MUNICIPAL AID intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Stainless gate and Ramp Rails Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BLGU - Poblacion, Candijay, Bohol now invites bids for Civil Works, Architectural Works, and Electromechanical Works. Completion of the Works is required within 180 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
