1) The Municipal Government of Baler, through the 2026 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED PESOS (PhP 1, 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF STAGE OF CABITUCULAN COVERED COURT, BRGY. RESERVA BALER, AURORA (MGB- 2026-ITB-019). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Baler now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF STAGE OF CABITUCULAN COVERED COURT, BRGY. RESERVA BALER, AURORA (MGB-2026-ITB-019). Completion of the Works required is NINETY (90) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
