1) The Barangay Sta. Rosa, Abulug, Cagayan, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND, FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Two Pesos and 80/100 (Php 864, 352.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Sta. Rosa Evacuation Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Sta. Rosa, Abulug, Cagayan now invites bids for Construction of Sta. Rosa Evacuation Center. Completion of the Works is required Sixty Calendar days (60 CD). Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
