Invitation to Bid for Construction of Sta. Cruz Pumping Station and Transmission Line
1) The CALABANGA WATER DISTRICT, through the CAWADI COB 2026 intends to apply the sum of 6, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF STA. CRUZ PUMPING STATION AND TRANSMISSION LINE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The CALABANGA WATER DISTRICT now invites bids for the project that involves the construction of a pumping station and transmission line. Completion of the Works is required 120 CD upon issuance of NTP Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
