1) The CITY GOVERNMENT OF MUNTINLUPA, through the 2026 Executive Budget, CDF intends to apply the sum of ₱81, 594, 757.33 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of SSD Warehouse/Storage Facility Phase 4 at Pacwood Tunasan, Muntinlupa/100-2606-09942. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The CITY GOVERNMENT OF MUNTINLUPA now invites bids for Construction of SSD Warehouse/Storage Facility Phase 4 at Pacwood Tunasan, Muntinlupa Completion of the Works is required within 180 calendar days from the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
