The subject of the order is: Construction of a square at ul. Mitowa in the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship. A detailed description and method of execution of the order includes: Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 1 to SWZ, Bills of quantities, design documentation, Technical specifications execution and acceptance of works, views constituting Annex No. 10 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party informs that the attached bills of quantities are for illustrative/informative purposes and cannot constitute the sole basis for calculating the offer price. The values presented in the bills of quantities are for the purpose auxiliary in calculating the offer price, and the price offered by the Contractor is a lump sum price, therefore it should include all expenditure that is necessary to complete the subject of the order described in the ToR.
