The subject of the order is comprehensive execution of construction and installation works related to the construction of the square with a fountain and the necessary technical infrastructure in the park at ul. Warszawska in Midzywodzie, on plot no. 895/1 in the Midzywodzie district. The order is implemented as one investment task (without division into parts), under which the Contractor is obliged to carry out a full range of works, including two integrated scopes: SCOPE I Delivery, assembly and commissioning of the fountain technology: includes delivery, assembly, commissioning and full technological commissioning of the floor fountain, as well as training of the Ordering Party's staff in its operation. In particular, this scope includes: fountain installation kit (including pump water and filtration and treatment systems), advanced control and automation system, energy-saving LED lighting, installation of stone elements (fountain floor slabs), technological start-up of the installation in accordance with the fountain elements card, purchase, delivery and assembly of small architecture elements.
