• The Local Government Unit of Kabugao, through 20% Barangay Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred One Thousand Six Hundred Fifteen Pesos (₱601, 615.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Spring Development Project under Contract No. SF Infra 2026-20. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
• The Local Government Unit of Kabugao now invites bids for Construction of Spring Development Project under Contract No. SF Infra 2026-20. The project is located at Barangay Laco, Municipality of Kabugao, Province of Apayao, Cordillera Administrative Region. Completion of the works is required in Twenty (20) Calendar Days.
